Farm Security Guard (Night Shift)
Location: Ogun State, Nigeria
We are a reputable large-scale, semi-automated poultry farm seeking a reliable and vigilant Farm Security Guard (Night Staff) to join our team in Ogun State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the farm premises during night hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the pen and surrounding areas throughout the night (6:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- Conduct routine patrols to detect unusual activities or security concerns
- Report any suspicious movement, incidents, or safety risks promptly to farm management
- Ensure gates, entry points, and sensitive areas remain secured at all times
- Perform any additional security-related tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities
- Assist the Farm Manager with daily oversight of farm operations
- Supervise farm attendants and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently
- Monitor bird health, production performance, and farm hygiene standards
- Track inventory of feed, vaccines, and farm supplies, and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols and farm safety procedures
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required
- Coordinate routine farm activities and step in to manage operations in the absence of the Farm Manager
